It puzzles me why people would not take advantage of our sunny option to their cold one. Now if we had a huge influx, it may be difficult accommodating everyone. Yet despite some misconceptions, there is still plenty of space for additional growth in the area.

When I talk with folks from up north, I often hear about the enjoyment of the four seasons.
